Okay, so I’ve found a hidden gem on the American Nick Jr site, Yo Gabba Gabba radio!

Granted they are the American versions of the songs, but after a while they don’t sound so different. I think I actually prefer the US Foofa, not so anoyingly feeble as our UK version, and aparently some  Americans prefer our Muno so it works both ways.

Instant access to Yo Gabba Gabba songs is an amazing tool for bored kids, just put it on and let them dancey dance around the living room to there hearts content. In the words of DJ Lance himself “listening and dancing to music is brilliant!!!!!”.

Do your children enjoy colouring, cutting and gluing? (check!)
Are you in need of something to keep them entertained for free? (double check!!)

Then why don’t you mosy on over to the American Nick Jr. site. There’s loads of
colouring pages, crafts and recipes and even lyric sheets to such classics as “Danger, Danger,Danger’ and ‘Party in my tummy’  to print out.  You too can make some great masks just like the Brobee one  modeled by my son below.

Yo Gabba Gang

Never mind Barack Obrama – the best thing to come out of America, Yo Gabba Gabba!, is back on UK TV!

Yep! After an absence of two weeks (too long, too long I tell thee!) Yo Gabba Gabba! is returning to the UK schedule of Nick Jr. this weekend.

Unlike the daily run over Christmas, it looks like they are just showing it at 7.30am on weekends from the 24th of January starting with the ‘Train’ episode which might be a premiere as it is one of the rare ones we haven’t SkyPlussed yet (think Tivoed if your a US visitor!).

No word on Yo Gabba Gabba! Series 2 yet it the UK, which started in America back in September and even has celebrities doing the ‘Cool Trick’ features, including Flight of The Conchords star Rhys Darby!

I just hope that these sections aren’t replaced with UK specific celebrities when it airs over here, as with Series 1.

Does anybody know when we can expect YGG Series 2 on this side of the Atlantic?

Carrots want to go to the Party In My Tummy?

This is probably still the most popular Yo Gabba video – fortunately the US version doesn’t sound too different from the dubbed UK version so its unlikely your kids will notice the difference!

Be sure to subscribe for the latest Yo Gabba UK news (and the odd video to keep your Yo Gabba craving at bay!).
